2010 R&D Claim Forms

To make an R&D Tax Claim for the 2010 financial year, the forms required are:

  1. R&D Plan – legally required and contains information for the R&D Application
  2. R&D Application – registers R&D Activities with AusIndustry within 10 months after year end or 30 April for 30 June companies.
  3. R&D Tax Schedule – accompanies the Company Income Tax Return at tax time.

2011 R&D Claim Forms

R&D Claim Forms for the 2011 financial year will be available here as soon as AusIndustry and the ATO have released them. This is likely to be towards June 2011.
